This newly updated course provides a complete, practical understanding of labour laws in India, covering legacy statutes (e.g. Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Equal Remuneration Act, 1976) and the consolidated labour codes that are now in force (effective 21 November 2025): the Code on Wages, 2019, Industrial Relations Code, 2020, Social Security Code, 2020, and the Occupational Safety, Health & Working Conditions Code, 2020.

Structured into 18 modules across three parts — Industrial Relations & Labour Law Foundations, Modern HR, Compliance & Employer–Employee Relations, and The New Labour Codes — this program is designed for law students, HR professionals, payroll practitioners, labour lawyers, and compliance officers.
